Shipping policy

  • We typically ship within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are delivered within 10-21 days using our standard shipping options. Please keep in mind that in extremely rare cases during high seasons, certain shipments may be delayed for a few days.
  • For our fast delivery option, we work with worldwide carriers such as UPS, Fedex, and DHL to deliver orders within 4-9 days.
  • Once your order has been sent, you will get a tracking number. Please follow the tracking instructions that will be provided to track your shipment. 
  • Any orders that are lost or returned due to the client providing the incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund.
